Hi, I'm Caroline Cooper

I'm a certified personal trainer and mom of three with a passion for health and fitness. After competing in Division I Cross Country and Track at Davidson College, where I earned a BS in Psychology, I went on to complete my Master of Public Health at The Ohio State University.

I hold ACE certifications in both Personal Training and Fitness Nutrition, and I've continued to train and explore new ways to stay fit through cross training and strength work.

My husband and I work out together in our home garage gym right here in Upper Arlington, and we love staying active with our kids. Fitness isn't a phase, it's a way of life, with endless benefits both physically and mentally.

We work with clients of all ages and fitness levels. Every class is a 50 minute session with a combination of strength and cardio training. Sessions are varied so you always have something new to push toward.
